In the event that vSphere fails to boot, there are two possible issues. The first is that the physical Server has not been set to boot from the particular physical device, in my case a USB stick, if the Server is set correctly then boot from the CD and run the press shift+o before adding formatwithmbr after the preset phrase “runweasel”.
